FEBRUARY 9 - 10, 2024. The Annual Ethnik Festival of Arts and Culture is the premier, all-inclusive flagship festival of Ethnik Festivals Association. It is part of the celebration of Black History (Excellence) in the Month of February each year.

FEBRUARY 9 - 10, 2024. Join us at events throughout the year celebrating unity in diversity. The annual Ethnik Festival of Arts & Culture invites you to the Calgary Food War in East Village on February 9th. This kick-off to the festival will see four notable Calgarians in a cooking competition from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The festival is the premier, all-inclusive flagship festival of the year. It is part of the celebration of Black History (Excellence) in the month of February each year. Members of the Afro-Canadian/ Caribbean communities come together to celebrate diversity, and inclusivity and share their vibrant cultural traditions with other communities from across Canada. The 2024 edition will be a display of creative genius from artists in Calgary, other parts of Canada, and around the world to the viewing pleasure of audiences online across the globe. Taking place at the Calgary TELUS Convention Centre in downtown Calgary is the main festival activities from 5 to 10 p.m. on February 9, and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on February 10.
