Tourism Calgary will save you time and hassle by facilitating your RFP for any event that requires both meeting space and guestrooms. Simply submit your contact information using our online form and attach your own RFP document.
Once we know what you're looking for, we'll work with the most appropriate venue, accommodation and service suppliers to ensure every detail is addressed. Your personal contact information will remain confidential. Unless you indicate otherwise, Tourism Calgary will share only the name and details of your event with potential venue partners.
