Each day the team boils up enough Tonkotsu broth and roll out enough house made ramen noodles to prepare about 150 bowls. They open at 11 a.m. and ladle broth and noodles until they run out, usually sometime mid-afternoon.
First avenue corner store is now open behind Shiki Menya for grab & go Japanese sandos and snacks. Available on Doordash too! Enjoy your meal on their outdoor patio, weather dependent.
Everything on their menu is made in limited quantities with last call at 2:30 p.m. so go early and enjoy!
