Flores and Pine is inspired by the prestige of Bearspaw County and honours the classic landmark while offering a rejuvenation of the area creating a gathering space for restaurant enthusisasts, weddings and events to be appreciated and cherished.
This new establishment answers the call for a locally-owned restaurant that serves up the delicious and decadent taste of home. A short 20 min drive from downtown Calgary this renovated location is destination in itself. Flores & Pine is an upscale but approachable experience, serving locally sourced ingredients, grilled modern classics, and soon-to-be-famous brunch. The name itself pays homage to the legacy of Flores La Due, the inspirational First Lady of the Calgary Stampede and a symbol of innovation, exploration, cultivation and courage. Guests are served by knowledgeable, friendly and engaged staff members who treat their customers like a guest in their own home, so they feel connected, cared for and a sense of belonging.
