Tour, Taste and Shop
A family run meadery nestled in the Foothills of Alberta. Located just outside of Water Valley, about one hour from Calgary. Tour and tastings are available year-round, during regular store hours, of both the brewing side and honey house with tasting opportunities for mead, sodas, and honey. Been on a tour already? Or is it just too nice outside! Enjoy yard games, hammocks, picnic tables, and wood-fired pizza service while hanging out on the 3,500 square foot deck. In the winter months, enjoy a cozy campfire after your tour and tasting. Mastering beekeeping since 1969, the Ryan family are passionate about creating the highest quality honey possible. A beautiful location in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, with a wide variety of wildflowers and pasture lands rich in clover, makes that passion a certainty. Honey extraction, Mead production and now Soda production, is all done onsite. Fallentimber has become well known for their lineup of carbonated session meads. They are light, refreshing with only a touch of sweetness, and drink like a cocktail or cider. Tours are offered Saturdays and Sundays at 1 and 3 p.m. Watch website for event dates and grab some tickets for live music events with overnight stay options. Free parking onsite.
