Calgary Wild FC Inaugural Home Opener

Be part of history as Calgary Wild FC plays its first home match in Canada's new professional women's soccer league against Ottawa Rapid FC at McMahon Stadium.

As one of six founding teams the NSL's inaugural season began in April 2025, with Calgary Wild FC playing its first match against Vancouver Rise FC. The league comprises six teams: Calgary Wild FC, Vancouver Rise FC, AFC Toronto, , Montreal Roses FC, and Halifax Tides FC.

Fun fact: The club's crest features an owl, symbolizing wisdom and vision, with a stylized 'W' representing Calgary's rivers, mountains, the five First Nations of Treaty 7, and the Famous Five who fought for women's rights in Canada.
