A Calgary holiday tradition returns bigger than ever in 2026.
This year, the International Christmas Market expands to four festive weekends, adding a brand-new December weekend and bringing 12 full days of Christmas shopping, food, entertainment and holiday atmosphere to Spruce Meadows.
From the moment you arrive, the grounds feel transformed. Wander through glowing indoor and outdoor market spaces, browse 330+ businesses and vendors, shop local and discover one-of-a-kind gifts, stop for something warm, catch live entertainment and soak up the sights, sounds and spirit of the season along the way.
When Friday evening arrives, the Christmas Market becomes a night out. New Friday Adults Nights invite guests 18+ to experience the Market after dark, with cocktails, festive food, later shopping, live entertainment and the grounds glowing into the night from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Whether it is date night or drinks with friends, it is a whole new way to experience the holiday season at Spruce Meadows.
Families can visit Santa’s Cozy Corner, powered by ATCO Energy, where photos with Santa are available for a $10 donation in support of Habitat for Humanity Southern Alberta.

The International Christmas Market takes place on:
November 13–15
November 20–22
November 27–29
December 4–6

Market Hours:
Fridays: 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Friday Adults Nights (18+): 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Saturdays: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Sundays: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
