For now, please only submit events taking place in March. A new event management system is launching this April, and we can’t wait to share it with you.

Note that Events are manually reviewed and published; please allow up to two weeks for your event to appear on the website.

Event Calendar Approval Guidelines

What We Typically Approve

An event is a great fit if it:

• Highlights the awesome breadth of “Things to Do” in Calgary

• Is tourism-driven or offers something special for visitors

• Runs for a limited time (because unique experiences deserve the spotlight!)

Our Right to Decide

While we celebrate all things Calgary, we reserve the right to decline events at our discretion. We aim to keep the calendar fun, relevant, and clear for visitors.
