Thanks for contributing to Tourism Calgary’s Events Calendar. We’re excited to help showcase the wide variety of events happening across Calgary for both locals and visitors.

Please note that this is a shared event submission form used by Tourism Calgary, Calgary Downtown Strategy, The Scene Calgary, and Calgary Arts Development. This collaborative approach helps extend the reach of your event, and your submission may appear across these partner calendars where appropriate.

All submissions are manually reviewed and published, so please allow up to two (2) weeks for your event to appear. Before submitting, please review the Event Calendar approval guidelines.

Event Calendar approval guidelines

What we typically approve

An event is a great fit if it:

• Highlights the awesome breadth of “Things to Do” in Calgary

• Is tourism-driven or offers something special for visitors

• Runs for a limited time (because unique experiences deserve the spotlight!)

Our right to decide

While we celebrate all things Calgary, we reserve the right to decline events at our discretion. We aim to keep the calendar fun, relevant, and clear for visitors.
