Come re-calibrate post pride, with this nourishing somatic sound bath experience for queer bodies. Guided by Music Therapists Elle McAndrews and Carissa Lawton of Somae Sound in collaboration with Zia Stolbie (Experience Portals). All bodies welcome.

At this event you'll be invited to slow down, settle into the present moment, and receive the gentle sounds of quartz crystal singing bowls. The soothing vibrations of the bowls can support relaxation, reduce stress, and create space for rest and renewal.

Facilitated by Accredited Music Therapists Elle McAndrews and Carissa Lawson, this 75 minute experience is designed to help calm the nervous system and offer a peaceful reset as you move through a busy summer season.

What to Bring:

• Yoga mat
• Pillow and/or blanket for your comfort
• Water bottle
• Eye Mask (if needed)

No previous experience is necessary. Simply come as you are and allow yourself 75 minutes to rest, reconnect, and enjoy the calming sounds of the bowls in a safe, supportive setting.

Herbal tea will be provided post sound bath.
