 -calibrate post pride\, with this nourishing somatic sound bath experience 
 for queer bodies. Guided by Music Therapists Elle McAndrews and Carissa Law
 ton of Somae Sound in collaboration with Zia Stolbie (Experience Portals). 
 All bodies welcome.\n\nAt this event you'll be invited to slow down\, settl
 e into the present moment\, and receive the gentle sounds of quartz crystal
  singing bowls. The soothing vibrations of the bowls can support relaxation
 \, reduce stress\, and create space for rest and renewal.\n\nFacilitated by
  Accredited Music Therapists Elle McAndrews and Carissa Lawson\, this 75 mi
 nute experience is designed to help calm the nervous system and offer a pea
 ceful reset as you move through a busy summer season.\n\nWhat to Bring:\n\n
 • Yoga mat\n• Pillow and/or blanket for your comfort\n• Water bottle\
 n• Eye Mask (if needed)\nNo previous experience is necessary. Simply come
