Home Alone in Concert

The sounds synonymous with a beloved Christmas classic are taking to the stage for a pair of performances at the WinSport Event Centre!

This special Home Alone in Concert, which is the latest in the Philharmonic's Film in Concert Series, is presenting two shows — Friday, Nov. 28 at 7:30 p.m., and Saturday, November 29 at 2:30 p.m.

Home Alone stars Macaulay Culkin as Kevin McCallister, an inventive eight-year-old boy who, after accidentally being left behind for his family's Christmas getaway, must figure out how to the defend the McCallister home against two mischievous thieves.

The Calgary Philharmonic has been a prolific member of the city's arts scene since 1955 and is one of Canada's most sought-after orchestras. The group of 66 full-time musicians has been heard around the world and performs in front of over 100,000 attendees each year.
