A Bison Tale brings together three chefs, one shared story and five thoughtfully crafted courses for an intimate evening celebrating Alberta bison and the people behind the food.

Led by Botanicus' new Executive Chef, Dean Fast, alongside Chef Liana Robberecht, Chef Darryl Huculak, CEO & Owner of Noble Premium Bison, Kelly Long, the evening connects guests with the journey from ranch to table.

Hear directly from the rancher behind the bison while discovering how each course has been inspired by the product and its story.

Each of the five courses will be accompanied by a curated wine pairing, presented by a sommelier who will guide guests through the relationship between the wine and each dish.

With seating limited to just 40 guests, A Bison Tale is designed as an intimate gathering centered around exceptional food, conversation and storytelling.
