Forage to Table

Big flavours can come from unexpected places - even the path beneath your feet. Join Chef Paul Rogalski of Rouge and a local foraging expert to uncover Calgary’s wild side, exploring native plants, wild ingredients, and hidden flavours woven into the local landscape.

After the adventure, gather at Rouge for a four-course culinary experience inspired by the day’s discoveries. Thoughtfully paired wines and extraordinary dishes bring the journey full circle - proof that in Calgary, discovery tastes pretty amazing.
