Calgary Taste of Italy Festival

The Calgary Italian Festival is an all-inclusive event inviting all Calgarians to explore, enjoy and learn about Italian culture. The day is filled with many food vendors sharing their wonderful Italian recipes and delights. Wine is available at the festival. Artisans including jewellery makers, candle makers, macrame, authors, and more. There will be artists painting live, entertainment for the kids - face painting, glitter tattoo, painting their own mural.

Besides that we will have wonderful entertainment, including the Calgary Opera, Greg, our wandering accordianist, Italian dancers, Italian choir, an Italian fashion show, Tony Scaffeo and DJ Miko entertaining the crowd with their brilliant talent.

Contests - pasta eating contest, pizza making contest, grape stomping contest!
