The Tastemarket Canadian Kitchen by SAIT is a live classroom and urban eatery in downtown Calgary. Established in 2017, it continues a 45-year tradition within SAIT’s School of Hospitality and Tourism, giving students real-world experience while serving guests a Canadian cuisine-focused menu. Enjoy made-to-order dishes inspired by Canada’s rich culture, including pizzas from the wood-stone oven, grab-and-go sandwiches and salads, and fresh, in-house baked goods. Before you go, browse the market for SAIT-made pickled vegetables and signature sauces. Located in the heart of downtown Calgary, just steps from the CTrain, it’s an easy stop for a quick bite between meetings or on your way to explore the city. Lunch is served Monday to Friday, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
