Guests can enjoy items like the 'Gold Digga Breakfast Poutine' with beef tallow fried herb potatoes, poached eggs, Saint Cyrille curds, Berkshire roast pork, black truffles and brown butter hollandaise. If you're craving something sweet, try the iconic French toast trifle, made with brioche topped with lemon curd, fresh berries, pistachios and torched pavlovas. But it doesn't stop there as guests will be able to find unique ingredients like cold-smoked salmon, lobster, shrimp, truffles, duck, and even caviar throughout many dishes! This restaurant was built with people, culture, and quality of life in mind, making it the perfect spot for OEB and the ideal community to be a part of.
