Join 2,000 frontline ambassadors – visitor-facing employees – that are dedicated to ensuring visitors have shareable, memorable  experiences in our city.

To support these ambassadors, we offer a variety of designated learning programs and tools to ensure they are well informed and ready to offer tailored experiences to visitors.

Become an ultimate host with the White Hat Academy - a free, first of its kind, learning program that uses online modules and experiential learning to provide visitor-facing members of Calgary’s tourism industry with the knowledge tools and resources they need to be ultimate hosts.

Access Tourism Calgary’s corporate and consumer logos and hundreds of royalty-free photos that showcase Calgary’s diverse offerings. Use these resources to create dynamic and engaging assets that inspire visitors and Calgarians to seek out your experiences.

Tourism Calgary also uses these images to build out its corporate and consumer-facing collateral. Partners are invited to submit photos and video footage that captures experiences in Calgary – dynamic and engaging assets that feature people enjoying activities in the city.
