Pedesting is a free mobile app that helps people find their way through Calgary’s indoor and outdoor spaces with ease. Designed to support all pedestrians, including those with mobility challenges, the app offers step-by-step navigation to entrances, elevators, ramps, accessible washrooms, and key destinations.
The app is actively used across Calgary’s downtown core, with 24 locations mapped and over 2 million square feet of indoor space covered. This includes the Calgary TELUS Convention Centre, Bow Valley College, the Central Library, and the Ampersand. Whether it’s someone heading to an event, navigating the city for the first time, or looking for the most accessible route, Pedesting helps people move through the city with confidence. Available for free on iOS and Android.
