This is the second location opened by Salt & Brick, with the flagship located in Kelowna B.C. Salt & Brick YYC is a split level space with mid-century modern furniture and a lounge area that becomes livelier as the evening goes on. The food is definitely the star of the show and hits the heart strings of foodies alike. Dishes are blended with international culinary techniques and traditions with Canadian flavours, resulting in a menu brimming with creativity and innovation. Led by Executive Chef Dave Bohati and Chef de Cuisine Alejandro Buzzalino, their one-of-a-kind, ever rotating cuisine will satisfy your food curiosities. Share plates focused on fresh, local and seasonal items displayed on a weekly revamped menu. With the exception of one to two dishes, you won’t find the same menu item twice. The drink menu is wine-focused with extensive options from the Okanagan region. Sunset Sessions Happy Hour is Tuesday to Friday from 4 to 6 p.m. plus 50% off cocktails and bottles of wine on Wine Wednesdays. Charlie’s Watch Repair is the speakeasy hidden in the back of the restaurant. To gain access, you'll book an appointment rather than a reservation and ask for "Charlie". This "semi-secret" gem is haven for cocktail enthusiasts, boasting an array of concoctions. Check out the Charlie's Watch Repair Instagram page every Tuesday for the password. Access can also be gained in-person at the restaurant but you have to ask for “Charlie” or request a “watch repair appointment”.
