What's Great
Deane House’s expertly prepared contemporary Canadiana menu is designed to pay homage to the restaurant’s unique setting in one of Calgary’s oldest homes, situated at the confluence of the Bow and Elbow Rivers.
Local Tip:
Ingredients don’t get much more local than this — in addition to sourcing ingredients from local farmers and ranchers, the restaurant grows herbs and other produce in its backyard garden, often canning goods for year-round use.
