Werklund Centre

One of Canada’s largest and most vibrant arts centres. Located in the heart of Calgary’s downtown core, the centre occupies a full city block and is home to the world-class Jack Singer Concert Hall. Werklund Centre hosts a wide range of award-winning and highly acclaimed theatre and concerts each season. Werklund Centre also houses rehearsal spaces, a costume and set construction shop, administrative offices, meeting rooms, a restaurant, free galleries, and the centralized Werklund Centre Box Office. Audience members get the chance to experience amazing performances, events, markets, and workshops including live theatre, concerts, dance productions, readings, public forums, art exhibits, and much more - all open to the public. Werklund Centre is also proud to showcase the amazing works of talented local and national visual and multimedia artists through a number of exhibitions throughout the year in their free galleries.
