AUGUST 8 - 10, 2025 As Calgary’s premier water sport festival, the Calgary Dragon Boat Race & Festival draws over 1,850 competitors, over 4,000 spectators and an abundance of excitement and cultural experiences. Every year, the Calgary Dragon Boat Society organizes the event at North Glenmore Park to showcase culture and dragon boat racing in a family-friendly environment. The Calgary Dragon Boat Race & Festival strives to create an unforgettable experience while promoting teamwork and inspiration. This year, enjoy the dragon boat racing, beer gardens, multi-cultural entertainment, food trucks, a kids zone, and a 'Dragon Marketplace' with up to 40 food and retail vendors!
