Anyone! The GOOD Games is open to participants of all ages and abilities. Whether you’re brand new to a sport or have years of experience, there are divisions and play zones designed to meet you where you’re at.

You can do either. Some sports offer individual registration, while others allow or require teams. During registration, you’ll be guided to select the option that fits your sport and division.

Festival entry for spectators is completely free. Athlete registration varies by sport and division, with adult fees typically ranging from $40–$70. Youth arm wrestling entry is available for $10.

Free festival entry gives you access to live competitions, festival zones, entertainment, and food vendors at the BMO Centre. You’re welcome to come and go throughout the weekend.

Yes. The GOOD Games is built around inclusivity, with accessible venues and events, including wheelchair basketball and wheelchair rugby, designed for athletes of all abilities.
