December 16th, 2017
Homeplace Ranch gives you a look at how the region's original settlers lived on horseback. When you arrive at the historic ranch, you're assigned a horse, shown how to get comfortable, then you're off for a trail ride experience. Choose from a scenic horseback trail ride in the morning or afternoon, or enhance your ride with a beer and wine tasting ride. If you’re looking to gain more confidence and expertise around horses, join our one hour horse awareness sessions on catching, leading, grooming and feeding. We are proud to also offer corporate and group rides. Riding lessons available for all ages. Homeplace Ranch is located between Bragg Creek and Priddis, off Hwy 22X just west of Hwy 22. We look forward to welcoming you with our warm western hoispitality!
While you don’t have to rise at the crack of dawn to care for the animals on this ranch, as part of your experience you’ll learn to catch, lead, groom and feed your horse. Choose a scenic horseback trail ride in the morning, or beer and wine tastings can be arranged for afternoon rides.
Warm western hospitality awaits you just 25 minutes from Calgary.
