Castle Mountain Resort, Alberta’s authentic winter experience, is a winter resort located just 2.5 hours southwest of Calgary. Nestled in between the communities of Pincher Creek and the Crowsnest Pass, Castle Mountain Resort is Alberta’s second largest ski area, by acreage. In an era when resort mergers and acquisitions are common, Castle remains true to its roots. Owned by skiers and riders, for skiers and riders, the resort maintains it’s down to earth feel and remains an affordable ski vacation option for families and friends alike. Castle Mountain Resort is also home to the Powder Stagecoach, one of only a handful of resort based cat-skiing operations in North America.
