We are excited to invite our community to our upcoming Yoga & Mental Health Day on June 20, an opportunity to slow down, recharge, and prioritize personal well-being in a welcoming and supportive environment.
This special session will feature a guided yoga practice led by the Art of Living Foundation Calgary Chapter, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting mental wellness, stress reduction, meditation, and community well-being through yoga and mindfulness-based programs. A special thank you to Pooja Tolani for leading the yoga practice and sharing her expertise in mindfulness, yoga, and meditation. Pooja has spent many years facilitating wellness, meditation, and personal development programs across communities in Canada and internationally.
