Turiya

Turiya is a multinational musical collective creating original, consciously aware, and heart-centered music to foster deep spiritual and interpersonal connections. Blending global influences through intricate rhythms, emotive melodies, and introspective lyrics, the band invites listeners into spaces of vulnerability, healing, and unity. The ensemble unites diverse origins: Rod MacCormack (Halifax, Canada) on main vocals, guitar, and primary songwriting; Yenny Farías (Chile) on percussion, vocals, and guitar; Alan Robertson (Calgary, Canada) on harmonium, guitar, percussion, vocals, songwriting, and production—he produced the debut album *Samskaras*; and Bob Siewnarine (Trinidad and Tobago) on bass, vocals, and songwriting. This North and South American collaboration embodies cultural synthesis and universal resonance. Released in April 2025, *Samskaras* is a ten-track exploration of karmic imprints and spiritual awakening, blending acoustic intimacy with expansive soundscapes. Available on major platforms, it exemplifies Turiya's vision of music as a conduit for self-awareness and communal bonds.
