About the event
Spruce Meadows welcomes the world for one of the most prestigious weeks in international show jumping from September 7-13.
The week opens on Labour Day with the Preview to the 'Masters', offering an exclusive first look at live entertainment, shopping, family activities, and exciting exhibitions before the world-renowned ‘Masters’ Tournament takes centre stage, bringing leading international riders, Olympic-level competitors, championship horses, and spectators from around the globe to Calgary. As one of only four Majors in the Rolex Grand Slam of Show Jumping, the ‘Masters’ stands among the sport’s most celebrated events in the world.
Competition highlights include Friday’s fan-favourite ATCO Electric Six Bar and the TELUS Evening of the Horse with fireworks, followed by Saturday’s BMO Nations’ Cup and Sunday’s CPKC ‘International’, presented by Rolex—the richest purse in show jumping.
Beyond the International Ring, guests can experience the Blacksmith World Championships, unique vendor shopping, food and beverage, Kids’ Zone programming, corgi and dachshund races, live entertainment, and family-friendly experiences throughout the grounds, creating a weeklong international celebration unlike anything else in Calgary.
