About the event
The SuperMom Walk/Run is more than a day of connection—it’s a movement of strength, advocacy, and community. On Mother’s Day, we celebrate women, enjoy a morning of connection, and raise critical funds for women in Canada affected by Parkinson’s. Participants will take part in the 5km walk/run, enjoy breakfast and snacks, and take part in fun activities, all while standing up for women’s health and a future without limits.

Early registration and t-shirt pick-up at Chartwell Colonel Belcher Retirement Residence
Sunday, May 10th, 2026:
9:00am: Registration/Check-In Opens
10:00am: Opening Ceremonies
10:15am: Warm-Up
10:20am: Kick-off for the Walk/Run!
11:00am: Snacks & Refreshments
11:45am: Closing Ceremonies
