The magic of the season returns to Southcentre. Step into The Enchanted Forest, a whimsical and heartwarming experience where families can meet Santa in a beautiful, interactive holiday setting. New this year, we are using a simplified booking system to help everyone capture their best Santa memories.

You have two options, both are subject to availability.

Advance Booking: Limited spots are available online. Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time.

Same Day Booking: Visit The Enchanted Forest to select a same-day time slot. This option offers greater availability throughout the day and is highly recommended.

Once you register with the host, your name will be added to the queue, and you can continue enjoying your mall visit. You’ll receive real-time updates and notifications via SMS or email, keeping you informed of your position in line. When Santa’s ready, you’ll get a message to return for your magical visit!We will also offer Peace of Mind visits, designed for children and families with sensory sensitivities, mobility challenges, immune considerations, or other unique needs—offering a calm and welcoming environment to meet Santa. Appointments are made on a case-by-case basis.
