There’s no pressure, no timing chips; just fresh air, movement, and the joy of starting your day with intention. After your run or walk, you’ll transition into a rejuvenating yoga session. Expect thoughtful, accessible movement for all focused on stretching, releasing tension, and restoring your energy. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a regular on the mat, the flow is designed to feel supportive, grounding, and empowering. The day closes with a guided meditation, giving you space to slow down, breathe deeply, and fully absorb the benefits of the movement you’ve done. You’ll leave feeling calm, centered, and recharged - both physically and mentally.
