RAAGA-RANG

Experience the colours of raga through Usha Gupta's North Indian Music Ensemble, complete with 8 distinct artists and live dance accompaniment.

RAAGA-RANG is the culmination of Alberta's very own Usha Gupta's life as an Indian musician. Since September 2021, Usha has been working with various Indian composers to gain a deeper knowledge of classical and contemporary Indian music. With that research now complete and having completed performances in Edmonton, Usha wishes to share what she has learned with audiences across Canada.

This musical insight has taken the form of a newly formed ensemble of Canadian and Indian artists, who will present their musical collaborations in a concert RAAGA-RANG.
