Pray The Gay To Stay is a heartfelt and hilarious one-person show about Bryan Sandberg's experiences growing up as a closeted pastor's kid in the Philippines to becoming an outspoken gay comedian in Calgary, Alberta. Combining elements of stand-up, sketch, and storytelling, Pray The Gay To Stay showcases Bryan's irreverent and satirical comedy style while also highlighting themes of healing, trauma, and survival. Appearances from zany and original sketch comedy characters are intertwined with a vulnerable telling of Bryan's life story to create a special experience that is endearing, thoughtful and laugh-out-loud funny.
