National Gallery of Canada’s Annual Public Meeting

You are invited to attend the National Gallery of Canada’s 2026 Annual Public Meeting, held this year at Contemporary Calgary (AB).

Paul C. Genest, Chair of the Board of Trustees, and Jean-François Bélisle, Director and CEO of the National Gallery of Canada, will share insights on Canada’s museum scene and highlights of upcoming initiatives, followed by a presentation of the Gallery’s new 2026–2031 strategic plan. A question-and-answer period will follow.

Please note that this is a hybrid event. Participants may attend onsite (5:00–6:00 p.m. MDT in Calgary) or online (7:00–8:00 p.m. EDT). The meeting will be followed by a reception for onsite guests.

Bilingual event. Simultaneous interpretation available in English and in French. American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation will also be provided.
