LUCK – Opening Night

Be one of the first to see LUCK on opening night and celebrate with the cast and the creative team at our post-show reception with light hors d’oeuvres.

When Kim was imagining what she wanted to create for this season, she thought about some of the fabulous musicians and composers that she has been working with in her choreographic career and wondered what would happen if they could come together?

From Rubim de Toledo, who has created many works with Kim and DJD, to Chris Andrew, Carsten Rubeling and Luis Tovar- all the way to Marla Dixon from New Orleans, their unique backgrounds and approaches to jazz, one can only imagine what kind of a magical score they could create together. Kim was feeling very lucky when they all agreed to be part of this wild collaboration, and so she decided to call the piece LUCK.
