Lina's Gnocchi Workshop

Learn how to make pillowy ricotta gnocchi with us!

Our Workshop series offers a perfect blend of education and entertainment. Every session includes a welcome drink, an Italian antipasto, and dessert.

Guests will make their own gnocchi dough under expert guidance and watch a demonstration on how to prepare the final dish. In addition to the ricotta gnocchi recipe, participants will also discover a recipe featuring potato gnocchi and various sauce options for endless culinary creativity.

Important Information for All Guests

● Dietary Requirements: We strive to accommodate all guests. Please email [email protected] with your specific dietary needs at least 72 hours before the event.

● Class Duration: Standard classes run approximately 2.5 hours. Kids classes are 1.5 hours.

● Location: Please verify your booking location (Elbow Drive, DFC, or other) on your Eventbrite ticket.

● Parking (Elbow Dr.): Underground parking is available. You MUST scan the QR code located in the parkade to register your license plate upon arrival.

● Refund Policy: Refunds are only available with at least one week's notice.
