HOT TAKES | Calgary’s First Sauna Stand-Up Comedy Experience

For one night only, PRML is transforming its sauna into one of the city’s most unique comedy venues. Your ticket includes a live stand-up comedy show plus access to PRML’s premium sauna, cold plunges, and lounge space afterwards — all for less than the cost of a regular sauna session.

Whether you’re planning a date night, looking for something different with friends, or just want a genuinely unique night out, HOT TAKES is an experience you won’t find anywhere else in Calgary.

Here’s how the evening works:

6:00 PM – Doors Open & Check-In. Arrive, get changed, settle in, and grab your seat.

6:30 PM – Live Stand-Up Comedy. Enjoy a one-hour comedy show featuring some of Calgary’s best local comedians — all performed inside PRML’s sauna.

7:30 PM – Sauna, Cold Plunges & Social Hour. After the show, enjoy full access to the sauna, cold plunges, and lounge spaces to relax, recover, and meet fellow guests.

8:30 PM – Event Ends.

What should I bring? A towel, swimwear (recommended for after the show), water bottle, a sense of humour.

Not ready to sit in a towel? No problem. The comedy show can be enjoyed in comfortable street clothes before guests change for the sauna and cold plunge session.
