'Heard' Film Screening

Join us for an evening to screen the documentary film, 'Heard' on July 13th at The Plaza Theatre. This is the Alberta premiere of the TELUS original film about the Hard of Hearing spectrum.

This film chronicles filmmaker Brian Ceci's experience growing up Hard of Hearing by forming a community of other Hard of Hearing and deaf individuals.

This film is open captioned and will feature live ASL throughout the film for Deaf audiences. Filmmaker Brian Ceci will be in attendance for an audience Q&A afterwards. The Q&A will be captioned provided by Wavefront Centre for Communication Accessibility and will also feature ASL interpretations of the conversation. The film is 72 minutes.
