About the event
Esker Foundation and Visual AIDS present four newly commissioned videos exploring the afterlives of colonialism and the ongoing HIV epidemic. The artists are Edgar Hudson (Tanzania), Bruna Kury and Matheus Mello (Brazil/Spain), Sido Lansari (Morocco/France), and Micaela Cyrino (Brazil).
The works consider how systems of power shape bodies, memory, cultural continuity, and access to care. They also explore movement, ritual, and beauty as ways to reclaim connection and orient toward life.
Free admission. Drop in without registration.
