Twice a month, Juno Award Winner Scott Morin curates and hosts a rotating lineup of top-tier jazz musicians - both instrumentalists and vocalists - from Calgary, across Canada and around the world. All shows are guaranteed to feature swinging, burning jazz and improvisation from some of the most talented and dedicated artists anywhere, all in the setting of the coolest little spot in town.
Esteban Herrera is a pianist, composer, arranger, producer, and educator based in Calgary, Canada. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Jazz Music Performance, a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences, and a technical degree in piano. With over 30 years of experience as a professional musician, Esteban has developed a unique voice in contemporary world jazz, blending the traditions of Latin American music with modern jazz improvisation, complex rhythms, and rich harmonies.
