In this demo-style cooking experience, you’ll learn how this iconic dish is prepared from scratch as tender beef is slowly cooked with warming spices to develop incredible depth and complexity.

Shuraya will guide you step by step through the foundations of the dish, including flavor-building techniques and the traditional kosha process, where the beef is patiently slow-cooked until deeply caramelized, tender, and nearly falling off the bone.
