Join us on the Long Weekend Sunday (May 17th) from 4:30PM to 6PM for a guided tasting of 3 (12oz) Brewsmith beers and 3 cheese pairings with Head Brewer, Colin. We'll discuss Beer & Cheese Pairing in general and then go into details about the brewing process and how the beer helps to amplify or contrast the paired cheese.
