Book Launch: The Library Cosmic

ABOUT THE AUTHORS

Ben Berman Ghan is the author of The Library Cosmic (Buckrider Books, 2026), and The Years Shall Run Like Rabbits (Buckrider Books, 2024), which won the Foreword INDIES Award for Science Fiction and was longlisted for the Sunburst Award for Excellence in Canadian Literature. His prose, poetry, and criticism have previously been published in Clarkesworld Magazine, Strange Horizons, The Ex-Puritan, and The Ancillary Review of Books, and have been reprinted in such anthologies as the year’s Best Canadian Fantasy and Science Fiction, and Years Best Science Fiction on Earth. Ben is a PhD Candidate in English and creative writing at the University of Calgary, where he lives with his partner and two cats, while serving as the editor-in-chief for Paper Bill Press.

K. R. Wilson’s debut novel An Idea About my Dead Uncle won the Guernica Prize in 2018 and was published by Guernica Editions in 2019. His novel Call Me Stan (Guernica 2021) was long-listed for the 2022 Leacock Medal, and its follow-up Stan on Guard (Guernica) was released earlier this year. His work has appeared in various literary journals and in the short fiction anthologies This Will Only Take a Minute (Guernica) and Sticks and Stones (Chicken House Press).
