Blue Jay Sessions: Spring Edition

This two-night event series features a captivating mix of Canadian singer-songwriters, cool drinks, fun food, and an awesome space. Join us! Blue Jay Sessions is excited to be putting on a two-night event series in Calgary before going on its annual summer break (and maybe a tour ;) ), so make sure to make the most of it!

Presented in part by the indie-music-loving Sea Change Brewing Co., the May 28-29 series at the event space inside Ill-Fated Kustoms*** (formerly The Prairie Emporium) will feature a cool mix of emerging acts, fan favourites and vocal powerhouses like Kaiya Gamble, TÉA G and Jaiden Riley, to name a few! May 28 will be hosted by alt-country artist Brandi Caroline (formerly of Nice Horse) and May 29 by country troubadour Ryan Lindsay. Both fundamental in helping Blue Jay Sessions establish itself in 2019, these two hosts know EXACTLY how to make a songwriters' round something to remember.

***please access the event space via INSIDE the fenced parking lot. Look for a bright red door beside a small patio.

FOOD AND DRINK

As always, expect a fun food menu of comfort foods including cool hot dogs, chips with dill pickle dip, BBQ chicken tex-mex tacos and more. There will also be a full drink menu including a selection of Sea Change Brewing beers, wine, feature cocktails, plenty of non-alch options and more!
