Anton Matyushin

Anton Matyushin is a comedian based out of Calgary Alberta whose comedy has been described as "very brave" and "I like how committed you are to your jokes" and "you kind of remind of Peter Griffin with how long your jokes go". His unique and absurd approach to comedy has won him the 2022 Stand Up Stand Off comedy competition at the Grindstone Theatre (Edmonton), and has allowed him to perform all across Canada and open for some nationally touring Canadian comedians. When it comes to his comedy nothing is out of the realm of possibility in an Anton set, which is just what makes it hilarious and exciting at best, or thought provoking college level performance art at the absolute worst.
