SUMMARY:Sparrow Turns 5: AGM &amp\; Party — SPARROW ARTSPACE
DESCRIPTION:Five years of Sparrow Artspace\, three years of Sparrow Arts So
ciety\, and hundreds of artists creating and collaborating through residenc
ies\, exhibitions\, and workshops. We think that deserves a party.\n\nCome
back to the nest for one night. We'll run a short AGM\, celebrate the artis
ts who've made Sparrow what it is\, and then hand things over to the food\,
the drinks\, and creating.\n\nWe want to celebrate our Alumni and we will
announce one lucky Sparrow alum who will go home with the $1\,000 Sparrow A
lumni Prize!\n\nAnd you'll leave with art. Everyone makes an artist trading
card at the event\, then trades it. Your work goes home with someone. Some
one's work goes home with you.\n\nAlumni\, this is your reunion - come reco
 nnect with other artists! Creatives\, volunteers\, supporters\, neighbours\
, and the curious: you're all invited too.\n\nhttps://www.visitcalgary.com/
