DESCRIPTION:An 8-class beginner ballet course for adults who have always wa
 nted to try ballet but never had the chance\, and for those with some begin
 ner experience who want to understand the foundations more deeply.\n\nNo pr
 evious experience required. No flexibility needed. You don't need to know w
 hat a tendu is or look like a ballerina. You just need to be curious and wi
 lling to try.\n\nEach 90-minute class is taught in the Vaganova tradition\,
  with a focus on alignment\, posture\, coordination\, and the mechanics beh
 ind the movements. Not just what we're doing\, but how and why. Ballet is a
 n incredibly concentrated form of physical training\, and we'll approach it
