 y and tea? Learn how the act of painting can calm the mind in this workshop
  for adults.\n\nAn introduction to acrylic painting workshop that emphasize
 s the use of painting as a tool for mindfulness by centring one’s focus o
 n working with the paint in the present moment.\n\nIn the workshop\, Athena
  calls on her over 20 years of experience in painting and teaches participa
 nts the basics of tracing a design onto a canvas\, applying paint and blend
 ing colours. This method of working encourages participants to push past th
 e hurdle of the blank canvas\, allowing them to fully enjoy the benefits of
  experiencing a painting practice.\n\nWhat is a CreativiTEA?\nCreativiTEA i
 s an in-person workshop series for grown-ups that combines fun\, insightful
  art-making activities with community-building through creativity.\n\nEach 
 two-hour CreativiTEA session includes:\n\n• A guided creative activity wi
 th all art supplies provided. In this workshop\, we’ll be using acrylic p
 aints\, brushes\, canvas card\, graphite tracing paper\, suggested designs
