DESCRIPTION:Two Montreal-based artists. Two distinct visual languages. One 
 exhibition moving from monumental public art to intimate paintings.\n\nOpen
 ing Night: Blueprints of a Dream\n\nBlueprints of a Dream brings together M
 ontreal-based artists Ola Volo and Michelle Hoogveld\, whose practices move
  between intimate paintings and monumental public work.\n\nOla creates rich
 ly layered worlds shaped by folklore\, pattern and storytelling. Her practi
 ce spans original paintings\, large-scale murals and commissions for Louis 
 Vuitton\, Lululemon and Starbucks.\n\nMichelle\, who was born and raised in
  Calgary\, creates luminous geometric paintings built through colour\, rhyt
 hm and the arch. Her public work includes a sixteen-storey mural in Montrea
 l and commissioned sculptures for Brookfield Place in New York.\n\nTogether
 \, their distinct visual languages come into conversation in Blueprints of
