 xplores the experiences and daily lives of the CWAC members stationed at Lo
 ugheed Barracks\, from the early days of CWAC recruitment and training to t
 heir duties and everyday life.\n\nFrancesca Zambolin is a PhD candidate at 
 the University of Calgary. Her research focuses on women’s histories\, me
 mory and experiences during the Second World War. As a former CIH Research 
 Fellow at Lougheed House\, she conducted research on the history of Loughee
 d House\, including the Lougheed Barracks period and the experiences of the
  Canadian Women’s Army Corps members who lived and worked there.\n\nhttps
